Boring Job Worse Than a Stressful One

Spanish psychiatrists from the University of Zaragoza said that boring job is much more harmful than a stressful one.

The studies that involved more than 400 people have shown that dull, monotonous work gets people much more tired than a nervous one. Mostly officials and service workers suffer from boredom. Men who have had the same job for 16 years or more are particularly prone to fits of apathy.

Psychiatrists believe that those at risk should lead an active social life – find a really interesting hobby, see friends, have a strong family.
