The coronavirus pandemic continues to affect new regions of the Earth and captures the countries of Europe and America, one after another. California student Edward Haas has created a short video demonstrating the consistent evolution of the Covid-2019 epidemic across the planet. The video relies on the data from Johns Hopkins University.
The video demonstrates the effectiveness of quarantine activities in China, where the epidemic was kept in some areas despite the country’s high population density. Further spread of the disease occurred through South Korea and the Middle East. The final footage shows the rapid spread of coronavirus in Europe, the defeat of Italy to Covid-2019 and the early stages of “capturing” the North American continent.
