There are several products that can help to quickly cope with the unbearable burning sensation, while others (e.g. water) do not reduce your suffering. This is really so, but why does this happen? And what else can you eat to stop this burning sensation?
1. Eat something sour
It sounds strange, but the acid contained in such foods as tomatoes, pineapples and oranges actually facilitates in removing the burning caused by hot and spicy dishes. You can mix oranges with pineapple in a salad or serve tomato salsa if it is not spicy. Lemon and lime also help to get rid of the burning sensation in the mouth.
2. Add some cream structure

7. A glass of milk
There is nothing better to be eaten after spicy Indian curry than a glass of cool milk! Almond milk is also nice!
8. Milk garnish
In general, instead of drinking and eating something to reduce the consequences of spicy foods, it is much more rational to simply include the right side dish in your lunch or dinner that will be in harmony with spicy products.
